All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Our most commonly used shipping companies include UPS and DHL. After the order is shipped, the delivery time of the portable oxygen concentrator product is about 7-14 business days.

After your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking details so that you can check the status of your order.
For any reason you do not receive the tracking information, please contact us at info@readyo2.com and we will update the progress of you order for you.

Free shipping within the United States and for orders over $100 outside the United States.

You may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other charges. As ReadyO₂'s retail price does not include taxes, VAT, or any other hidden charges levied by customs in the customer's location, please be aware that you may be required to pay import duties from your local customs office. It's on your charge, but we will gladly assist you if you need any help!

If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible with updated shipping information and an estimated delivery timeline.

If your goods are lost during shipping, we will arrange for a replacement package to be sent to you.

If you find any damage to the package when you sign for it, please send an email to info@readyo2.com as soon as possible, attach your order number and product condition picture, and then refuse to accept the package. We will deal with these issues according to your specific situation.
