Return and Exchange Policy
At ReadyO₂, we want our customers to be happy with our products and service. This customer satisfaction policy allows you to return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt. We strongly encourage you to inspect and use your concentrator immediately to ensure it is fully functional and meets your needs, as our customer satisfaction policy is time-sensitive.
Additionally, please review the manual included in your shipment. It contains helpful information on maintaining your unit and important warranty details.
14-Day Return Policy
We strive for your satisfaction and will issue a 100% refund for all equipment returned with our authorization within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund, the return shipment must be visible in the express tracking system on or before the fourteenth day.
Our customer satisfaction policy applies under the following conditions:
• The product and original packaging must remain intact.
• All accessories included in the box must be present.
• The return is requested within 14 days of receiving the equipment.
• The unit has not been used in a smoke-filled environment.
Please contact us to initiate a return, as all returns require authorization.
Return Procedure
1) Contact our customer support via E-mail: info@readyo2.com
2) Please send us an email with a photo of the goods. We must confirm the status of the goods, and we will provide you with a return address.
3) All goods must be returned to us via express delivery, including all parts and attachments. Ship the item to the address we provide.
4) A refund will be issued after ReadyO2 receives and inspects the product for any damage or missing accessories. Refunds are processed back to the payment method used in the original order.
5) We will confirm the status of the goods as intact upon receipt, and the refund will be returned to your payment account within 3-5 working days.
Please Note:
Items should not be mailed back to the original address. Instead, the correct mailing address will be provided via email after your return request is submitted.
Return Shipping Costs
• For non-quality returns or rejections, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• For returns due to product quality issues, we will cover return shipping costs.
